I was reading older threads on this from several years ago and wanted to see if anything has changed with regard to opinion.

I am 50 years old, suffering from daily headaches (many debilitating) and dizziness going on three years now, along with a diagnosis of "fibromyalgia". All tests, Xrays, MRIs, etc. are all normal. I have tried so many western medicine drugs that are not working. I am at the end of my rope.

There are no structural issues with my head or neck that would cause these headaches and neck aches and all regular bloodwork comes back normal. I am going through menopause and it is horrible.

I have spoken to the Dzugan reps several times over the past two years about their thoughts and treatment plans, and am thinking I am ready to try this. Other doctors I have been to give me a pill and tell me to come back in 3 months and tell them how I am feeling. With this practice I will have constant contact along with supplement and prescription adjustments.

It's expensive, but so was the Mayo Clinic. I owe Mayo thousands of dollars and have not experienced any relief in 3 years. All the doctors I have seen and paid co-pays to and all the prescriptions I have filled... I could start my own pharmacy with all the crap in my pantry. Western medicine wants to put me on an anti-depressant and send me on my way. Those don't work and cause other issues.

As anyone tried the Dzugan Method? I would love to hear your experiences, good or bad. Did it work for you? Did it not work for you? Did you follow their protocol to the letter? I know I have hormone issues - past tests have shown that. There is no other explanation for the way I feel on a daily basis.

I would want to try that also. Did you read my story under migraines gone? I am migraine free now for 9 months. I don't know how much the Dzugan method cost. But Dr. Fuhrmans method is free other than the cost of the book.(Eat To Live) Unless you find it at the library. It also cured my Daughters migraines and helped her fibromyalgia. Good luck on whatever you choose. Im glad there are options out there.

I have used the Dzugan method and used to volunteer for the group for years. It is very expensive and isn't anything that a local doctor can't help you with. My OB's RN helped me through a vitamin and bio identical hormone therapy that helped me leaps and bounds beyond the Dzugan method at a fraction of the cost. I took calls for the group and found that very few people were happy with the results. Futhermore, the group has judgments against them for not repaying investors and the CEO is under SEC investigation. When they needed money, I put up 35k of my own money that has not been paid back even after a judgement was awarded to me. This is not an honorable group of people and their objective is not to help people. My advice, find a local doctor that is familiar with bio identical hormone treatment and has a good reputation. If you are curious about pending lawsuits and judgments, check out the Rip Off Reports online. It breaks my heart that people are still spending thousands of dollars online with this group that should have their license banned.

I am still using the Dzugan method and am not finding it any more expensive (aside from the initial fee) then using any local doctor and I do get a faster and more personal response than I ever did with the local docs I have tried. BTW - I have spent 100X (literally) more money with the Mayo Clinic and have achieved the same result - NOTHING. No relief.

That said, after 4 months on Duzgan my headaches are no better, if not worse, then when I started. Doing my research over the past year, I saw evidence of ONE investor that was not paid back, and that has nothing to do with the time of day or quality of care I receive from them.

I am still hopeful, but it does not look probable that their method is going to work for me.

I also tried the diet/elimination diet plan. My issue is not with food. There is something these physicians are not finding. I am still on a quest as I cannot/refuse to live in this type of pain for the rest of my life.
