New Headache Pattern

I am a 32y/o/f. I have been dealing with occasional migraines for the last 7 months following a concussion. Four weeks ago I felt a migraine coming on. And every day since then, I have had a pounding, throbbing, debilitating headache. Unless I'm asleep I am in constant pain. My doctor has prescribed imitrex, propanolol, topiramate, cyclobenzaprine, hydrocodone/ibuprofen... I feel like a zombie but I'm still not getting complete relief from this headache. I have three children to take care of and would greatly appreciate any advice.

are your seeing a neurologist or a GP? sounds like it is time for a specialist. I take imitrex for migraine and trigeminal pain, it works for me. My daily cocktail includes 2 of the other meds. It takes times to find the comb that works for you.
