Hi Mafixit
I'm posting a new subject to see if I can get your texts this way. I could read: I work at......
My long term disability didn't kick in for 4 months, but I had enough sick leave to cover the entire time. It's called a teacher who won't go home no matter what. I had 150 sick leave days. Of course I lost all but the four months when permanent disability clicked in.

Have you tried Social Security disability? They say it's hard to get, but I got it the first try. It isn't a huge amount, but it is something.

Relax as much as you can (easier said than done) try not to stress (also easier said than done). Try listening to calming music and smelling good scents: either a highly scented candle or a jar of highly scented hand cream. Doing those things are the only way I can stop the constant barrage of negative thoughts and worries. Unfortunately we can all do that very well, but it only makes everything worse.

As always, you are in my thoughts and prayers

Just be careful about the strong scents.....for me, strong scents (even really pleasant ones) trigger migraines/make migraines much worse. Not trying to be negative, just wanted to share my experience as a warning.

Thanks for the reminder. I have to be extremely careful when picking out hand lotion, shampoo, body wash etc. My husband calls me "the NOSE". Things he can't even smell make me gag and choke. Our older daughter is pretty much my carbon copy but it's our son who got my nose. I think it is so funny to see a very large framed 6'3" weight lifter gag over perfume. He doesn't think it's as funny as I do.

Be well today
