Good morning everyone .. So lately I been waking up with a headache that can last all day... Comes and goes tho. I also have neck pain ... Mostly on the back of my neck and my neck won't turn fully right if I try turning sideways .. I'm thinking I must of pulled something in my neck or pinched a nerve at the gym... Can anyone give me some feeback on this ? Thank you

Sounds like first you need a better pillow.

I would suggest finding a chiropractor with good references.
With in 3 visits the pain can be gone and the tightness neck can be releaved.

I went to one off and one for years when I was physically active in sports.

To this day, my husband and I use orthapedic pillows.

Best of luck

Thanks Trina for the response :)

I actually don't have a good pillow so i definitely will be on the hunt for a orthopedic pillow. As for a chiropractor I am looking around for a better one just because the one I being good too has never taken any X-rays nor gotten to know more of me .. I appreciate it it Trina
