I have monitored what I eat, daily activities etc and can not recognize a trigger.

welcome to the forum.

I hope your neurologist is with a hospital. they are the most knowledgable and aggressive with migraine pain.

Most people with complex migraines have to find a combo of meds that work for them, this takes time and the side effects sometimes are worth the trade off for the pain.

for instance. I am constantly tired. However, my pain level is usually a 3-4 most days.

i take magesium 50mg for nerve health, it helps with dizziness
and I take zinc 500mg for the ringing and buzzing in my ears. It completely stops it.

Ginger tea or gingerale for the nausea. Whole food diet and eat nothing with red or yellow food dye in it. Huge cause of migraine pain.

I hope this helps you.

peace and courage
