I've had a headache now for about 5 days. I wake up with it and its always there. The headache is at different parts of my head but when its on the right side near my temple it is so painful! I couldn't read the menu when I went out for dinner in a dark room with candles on the table. I don't know what I'm meant to do? no matter how many painkillers I take it does nothing. I'm constantly tired! I thought me being tired was to do with the painkillers but yesterday I didn't take any and I was in bed really early and was still knackered the next day?

Try following a diet plan for migraine headaches, plenty of water, not caffaine, whole foods, no red or yellow food dyes in your food.
Reduce media time and stress on your eyes, get outside more and walk.
If the pain killers were perscribed by your family doc. Find a neurologist and make an appointment. Write down notes on how the pain starts and progress's in your head so you can tell the new doc clearly what is going on.
I was you well
