Hello all. My name is mike I am new here. I will get straight to the point with my post. I had constant headaches for 2 years straight they stopped about 6 months ago. However the pain has returned and seems to be worse. The headache in my left eye is back and also now in my left jaw. Please help. It was a nightmare to cope with last time and can't go through it again. I have had a ct scan on my head and that came back normal. Thank you all for your time.

I have been put on the sick from the 9th for 1 week. I was going to return to work on Monday but might go to the Gp about it instead. I have been in constant agony.

Most likely you may be grinding your teeth at night if you have a lot of stress or worry that your are not dealing with in a healthy way.

It may be trigeminal neuralgia, although this is usually on the right side and includes lighting bolt pains on top of the head and face pain.

If you are reluctant to go to the GP, which I suggest a neurologist if you go to a doc. The talk to a pharmacist and get a mouth guard for nighttime and see if it helps.

Constant headaches can be a concerning symptom.
The most common cause of pain in the head is tension headache.
They may come on with tiredness and sometimes after prolonged reading. Taking exercise or drinking alcohol does not usually make these headaches any worse.
