hello...New to this forum. Usually over in Anxiety lol. I'm a 22 yr old female. The past few days I've been getting dizzy. Not dizzy to the point where I almost pass out or anything. But it's really uncomfortable. It's not all day either..just comes and goes through out the day. Also have experienced sharp pain around right ear (behind it on my head), sharp pain on left side of my head, but now it's mostly just a sharp, quick, stabbing pain on right temple ...lasts a second, sometimes a few seconds. Anyone know what this could be? Ive heard cluster. My mom thinks maybe I have an ear infection...Idk. Just thought i'd ask , thanks in advance

Hi, no this is NOT a cluster headache.

Sounds more like a response to being dehydrated and stressed; on the verge of a panic attack. This happens to some folks.

also some anxiety medications, can cause head pains, if not enough water is drunk during the day. 6-8 16oz glasses a day min.

Your urine should be clear all the time, that will tell you that you have enough water in your system.

Stay away from the energy drinks, coffee and soda. You may have a few days of withdraw heads, bad ones, but they will stop and you will feel so much better for it.

On the resource thread at the top of the forum, there is a migraine diet link, you may want to review. It works to relieve anxiety and depression also, in building a good nutritional basis in your life. BUT STAY ON YOUR MEDS. VERY IMPORTANT.

If the water does not help, go see your doc for a check up.
