My head doesn't hurt like a headache but sounds get sensitive to hear and sometimes its too bright; but rarely I have issues with that. But sometimes I get so irritable from the hearing sensitivity that I get anxious ( like an anxiety attack)
And at times I get a vertigo attack BUT when I explained my vertigo to my chiropractor he said it doesnt sound like true vertigo. The room doesn't spin necessarily but its moving up and down like a film is stuck in the projector. They last for more than an hour. I know it is not BPPV and it may be related to my neck. But I'm thinking perhaps if the noise sensitivity could be related to a migraine perhaps the dizziness or whatever to call it is as well linked?

Ah not quite the same my friend, with he floor moving up and down.. its like being dizzy just in a different way. Hmm Yeah with my anxiety I get the hot sweating heart pounding.. not so much fun; but that has been getting better. Just when I get alright with the anxiety stuff the vertigo comes into play and messes up all that progress.
So is a migraine, a head hurting headache type thing or can it just be sensitivity to noise etc?

Could be a migraine. Pain is not always there with migraine, often it is just auras or other symptoms without the pain. It might be worth discussing with your neurologist. Have you been diagnosed with migraines in the past?

I have migraines without pain all the time, chronically. They sound like you describe. At first they tried to pin it on BPPV, but a good neurologist finally figured it out after a year of feeling like you describe. They were able to break it with a preventative. (Topamax in my case.) It can be very hard to get a diagnosis with this issue. Good luck!
