Hi! I have been having headache lately whenever I tried lifting heavy things. I got this pain from the middle of my head down to the back of my head that felt like something heavy was lying on it. The pain lasted for at least 30 minutes and I have to take painkillers to make the pain go away. Is this migraine?

Doubtful if it happens when only lifting heaving objects.

Best thing I can suggest is to see an orthopedic doc or a chiropractor with neurologic backround.

In the meantime, do not lift anything heavy.

It can be caused by high blood pressure. Have you checked your BP lately?
