The tingling is a concern. Could just be a pinched nerve in your neck, but you never know.
I suggest you find a good neurologist at a major hospital, so they know what they are doing, and make an appointment. TELL them your symptoms when making the appointment.
If the dizziness increases or the tingling gets worse or numbness occurs. Immediately go to an ER! Do NOT fool around with these symptoms.
