Hello, my name is Daniel and i am from Denmark

I have been having headaches problems for maybe around 2 years now.
I would normally get it on saturdays and sundays where i like to sleep late. Maybe10-12 hours.
But the last couple of Month its been getting worse i get Them Also Many times even if i sleep 6, 7 or 8 hours
The other problem is that no matter how Many hours i sleep i am still feeling tired. And when i getthe headaches it makes my like a zombie.

I feel like its getting worse and worse.
My doctor checked my blodpresure and i tried a chiropraktor but it did nothing.

I almost never get a headache during the Day or evening if i dont start with one in the morning, its only In the morning i get it and Then it last the Whole time until i take painkillers and ibuprofin 😢

The pain is on the forehead. Sometimes mostly in the Right side but other times all over the forehead

Please anybody have some advise? 😢

Daniel, welcome to the forum.

sounds like migraines of some sort.

I would find a well known neurologist and make and appointment.

Also, diet has a lot to do with headaches, there is a link for migraine diets in our resource thread at the top of this forum.
I suggest your review it and see if you can make some positive changes in your diet.
