Shayakitten, welcome to HealingWell. There are many over the counter medicines here for headaches and migraines that we can buy without a prescription. Many have acetaminophen, ibuprofen, naproxen sodium or aspirin. Those are the generic names that are the ingredients but there are several brand names as well as store-brand names. Some may also have caffeine. They are sold in supermarkets and pharmacies. Their labels always state that they are pain relievers. Some say specifically "migraine".

I sent her medicines like Solpadeine, Acefein, Caffetin Forte, Analgin, Nurofen Forte for witch I don't need a prescription in Bulgaria, they're all pain relief medicines suitable for headache and migraine and joint pain..so I'm wondering ..are they with prescription in USA.

I looked up the medication you listed and the only difference is that most contain codeine which is only by prescription here. The other ingredients are the same as you can buy here without the codeine. If your aunt is really suffering, then she needs to see a doctor if the regular pain relievers cannot help her.
