For the past year and half I suffer from migraines, chronic subjective dizziness and vertigo attacks. Last summer I was given this sheet with possible food triggers and was do the program for 6-8 weeks. I found out the gluten in most foods was triggering the vertigo and migraines. Then recently, I had some store bought bratwurst and 15 minutes later I suffered a massive migraine and vertigo. I had my kids look up the ingredients thinking possibly gluten in the brats but there were none. Figured possibly the MSG as one of the ingredients. Sure enough when I had sandwich meat for lunch the next day it triggered the migraine and vertigo within short time period after eating. Came to the conclusion that the MSG and sodium nitrate is the culprit.
I was told to get this book the How to control your Headaches, 123 program and read the whole book. In that book it also stated to watch out for certain food triggers. For those of you who suffer from migraines, might want to take a look at the diet and see if that is a possible trigger for you. idea

Thank you for sharing. There is a migraine diet link on our resource page if anyone wants to check it out.

I personally, am on a whole food diet and eat no preservatives or artificial ingrediants. Especially red/yellow food dyes.
