hi, i am new to this forum, but at the end of my wits, here how it started. i have had pain in the left side of my heas for three years have two mri,s done in two years and mri of the neck and spine, thankfully they were clear, went back to visit my neurolgist and they only thing he can say it is occipital nerve pain. he is referring me to a pain clinic for a nerve block, i am worried that it is not a nerve or that it is something serious, i know my scans are ok but that was 11 months ago and my pains are more frequent could there be a tumour growing??? im so scared, and i know they wont do another MRI as i had 2 one year after another. does anyone have any ideas what is the best path to go now please confused cry

Double it is a tumor since scans are clear.

Sounds like migraine to me. I would check with any neuro. I went through 6 before I found one at Thomas Jeff. Univ in Phila. PA that finally found a combo of meds to help my dx's.
