Some call it brain fog some call it pressure, all i know is that its very clearly effecting my cognitions this includes processing simple problems reading taking in information learning, memory retrieval and memory storage it is all compromised when the pressure is present.

Only 3 things seem to alleviate the pressure and my cognitions and processes resume to normal functioning to my relief.
-staying away from wheat and dairy
-sleep deprivation (most effective)
-Antibiotic course (although no infection is present)

the altering of diet only partially helps whereas the sleep deprivation almost completely relieves me of this pressure however it requires me to have 3 hours sleep which means even though the pressure goes the constant tiredness still prevents me from functioning adequately.

Multiple food sensitivities.
im currently taking mutlivitamins daily
I steam and use a hot water bottle which i apply directly to my head which seems to just disperse the pressure temporarily instead of getting rid of it

Life is on halt. my studies are suffering. my concentration relationships are strained. little enthusiasm for life when all thats on your mind is the goddamm pressure in my head. GP useless after blood tests came back clear for autoimmune.

Im going to try acupuncture next
any more suggestions
any similar stories out there?

It's mainly pressure and tension although migraines are not uncommon.
How long have you had these migraines ?
Have you any strategies that help ?

Amarjan, your condition sounds exactly like my son's. He has had constant head pressure for 15 months and has been to every specialist you can name. I was surprised that sleep deprivation helps you; my son needs lots of sleep to feel better, however, the "brain fog," constant head pressure and lightheadness have put his life on hold since he got hurt. He took a hard fall after his long board stopped on a dime; he was only treated for a concussion and no other part of his body was checked. Ultimately, I found Dr. Scott Rosa in NY (Google Jim McMahon, former Qb) whose constant brain fog went away after Dr. Rosa (Atlas Orthogonal Dr) performed a seated MRI cerebral spinal flow study (he developed) and found that that McMahon's C-1 (Atlas) and C-2 were knocked out of alignment pinching blood supply and CSF was stopped up in his head. Same thing with my son; his spinal flow was 20%; after his Atlas crx it went to 80%, BUT, his atlas realignment would not hold. We are now seeing a highly skilled PT -- Dr. Tracey Adler in Richmond, VA who uses dry needling and then he sees another PT 2x a week. Apparently, my son's entire body suffered a whiplash and until his body heals and gets realigned properly he will not hold an Atlas alignment. Good luck to you and God Bless. My heart breaks for my son and anyone suffering from this debilitating health crisis.
