I have regular headaches at least 3 times a month sometimes more. My doctor thinks they are a result of my allergies. Most of the times the pain is located on one side or both sides in the temple area. I haven't had a headache in the front of my head since I was a kid. I also get tension headaches which probably is a result of my anxiety disorder. Sometimes I get these sharp pains in my head. That are never isolated to any specific area. They don't last long maybe one to 5 seconds. The pain isn't severe but it's annoying. I usually feel this maybe a few times a day and won't feel it again for a few days. My issue is that for the past few days I have been feeling this pain on one side all day. They still only last a second but it's getting annoying and it's starting to make my anxiety kick in. I also have some issues with my ears and wonder if it's related to my headaches...my doctor doesn't seem to see a connection. I will be seeing my doctor next week and I wonder if anyone else has experienced this so that I will know what to tell my doctor. Thanks.

I suggest sudafed [over the counter] if you do not have high blood pressure.
