I occasionally get migraines, but very rarely. These are usually easy to see coming as I get a visual aura with weird patterns and part of my field of vision is a blur.

This evening, I've just suddenly had a taste of mint enter my mouth with no warning. The last time I'd eaten a mint was 8 hours ago, and I've had other food and drink since that you'd expect to kill the aftertaste (Cola, chicken sandwich and pizza).

Was just wondering if anyone else had experienced similar taste changes before/during a migraine?

Maybe some mint was stuck between your teeth?

I have had taste changes before a migraine, but only something I haven't eaten, smelled, would never eat and absolutely detest!
