I have had aura without mostly since I can remember I always was every few months. The last time was July 2013 now it's a few times a month. I don't want to leave the house. My anxiety is high and I wonder if I will have one every day.

I feel like I'm going crazy. I get nausea and feel crappy. I don't know what changed.

I don't know anyone that has this to talk to.

Did your diet change?

Are there more flouresent lights at work.

Are you drinking less water during the day? Very important to stay hydrated

I eat basically the same. Some more lights and on computer more yes I have been drinking more water.
Just getting down. Sometimes I get on for just a couple of minutes but it still throws me.
I wonder sometimes if I can make it happen. Y thinking if it.
I know it sounds weird.

There is a migraine diet on the Resource link at the top of the forum. I urge you to take a browse of the link.

Build up of dyes red and yellow, [they are in almost everything] can cause migraines]

There is also a appliance that fits over the computer screen that defuses the harsh lights. I dont know what it is called. Try googling I am sure it will come up.
