Could be stress and/or dehydration.
Try controlled breathing, slow in breath 1 2 3 hold 1 slow exhale 1 2 3 4. this will naturally calm your system down. Do this 5 or 6 times in a row. You can do it anyway, anytime and no one will know.
Stay away from the caffaine drinks, down the water. Especially in the heat, add lemon slices if you can or orange slices.
If you do not feel better in a day or two, I would go to the Wellness Center or call your doctor.
