I'm writing on here because I feel kind of lost at this point. I have so many symptoms, but nobody can seem to diagnose me. My doctor told me I need to get a second opinion with a rheumatologist. She also wants me to see a neurologist and cardiologist. I'm hoping that some one on here can guide me in the right direction, or at least give me some kind of hope

My symptoms:

-Positive ANA
-Chronic widespread pain
- jaw neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, fingers, back, legs
-migraines
-gained 50 lbs quickly over a year, and I can't lose it.
-nausea almost every day, sometimes vomiting
-tremors in my hands, fingers
- spasms in my lips, eyes, thighs
-chest pain
-dry skin
-dry/redness under my nose and my bottom lip
- frequent black or bloody sputum
-dry mouth, even when I'm constantly drinking water to stay hydrated
-very itchy ears
-sporadic palpitations
-dizziness
-sometimes blurry vision
-trouble breathing (like that feeling that im unable to get enough air)
-get overheated easily
-fatigue
-trouble sleeping
-difficulty getting the right words out
- random, but more frequent slow thinking or movement (like I have to stop and remember how to do something I've done a million times)
-frequently dropping things
-stiffness
-body is constantly tense
-I have a "mad face" as a resting face, which is apparently a symptom of PD
-restlessness
-anxious
- depression
-low vitamin D, which I've been taking supplements for
- recently bruising more, easily than before
-abdominal pain on my right side near my belly button for a few years now. Two CT scans showed swollen lymph nodes and my elium (not sure if spelled that right) is swallon. They thought it could be chrohns disease, but my colonscopy and biopsy was normal, the doctor never followed up with me on anything else, even though the pain is still there.

Also, I recently had an MRI of my brain, and they said the results were normal.
Chest x-ray was normal.
Thyroid tests were normal.

Not sure where to go from here. I'm sick of doctors looking at my age (28) and saying "you're too young for anything serious. It's just anxiety." I can feel that there is something wrong, and it's getting worse. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!

Well anxiety and/or depression CAN cause most of these symptoms. I am not a doc by any means, but this I know.

1. have you seen a therapist or pychiatrist to talk about what is going on? I started seeing a therapist to help daily with chronic head pain, I am much better today for it. Only been 4.5 yrs and I am cutting my visits back.

2. Might be fibromiaglio. couple folks on this site have it. I think there might even be a forum for it.

Also We do have Fibromyalgia for your to post to. The moderator is "Sherrine"

I also looked up Positive ANA for you. From John Hopkins in Md.

"A positive ANA result means that you have a higher than normal concentration of these antibodies. This is one of the tools in diagnosing lupus as well as several other autoimmune diseases, so a positive result may be related to lupus or to another disease. Or you may simply have a higher than normal concentration of these autoantibodies that may not have any impact on your health. Even among people with lupus, ANA results can vary widely; one person can be in remission at a certain titer of ANA while another can be extremely ill at the same titer. Autoimmune diseases often have a systemic effect on the body and are very complex by nature. Your healthcare provider will interpret what the test results mean for you and may need to compare your test results as well as the severity of your symptoms over a period of time in order to make a definitive diagnosis."

For you trouble breathing, I would like you to try CONTROLLED BREATHING.

SLOWLY BREATH IN TO THE COUNT OF 3 1, 2 3, HOLD 1
SLOWLY EXHALED TO THE COUNT OF 4 1, 2, 3, 4

THE LONGER EXHALE NATURALLY CALMS YOUR BODY.

I have panic attacks and it sounds to me like this is what your are experiencing.

I am going to contact Sherrine and let her know you might post on her forum so she will look for you.
