I just turned 15, and I'm scared out of my mind. Can someone just assure me that this is normal? Well not normal but I mean not fatal at least. I wanted to make a shorter post so here. I've been having head pain daily for about three months. I wake up with it and go to sleep with it. During the day I'll get like 10 seconds total of relief but it comes in small portions. It'll go away for a little then it'll come back but in a different spot. This pain is all over. Always at my temples and sides though. Sometimes it'll feel like the pain is moving. It will go from the top to the backside and then stay there. But mostly it just feels like the pain is drifting in and out. From one side to the other and all around. I'm putting my glasses back on today after a week, I just took some extra relief headache medicine and I feel ok but the pain is still slight. Could this be swelling, maybe bleeding? I have had a few head injuries in the past but the last one was at least three years ago. It's not a hardcore headache either its like when your headache just starts to come on. I feel like my brain malfunctioned and got stuck in the first step of a headache. And it wont go away. What does this sound like? Will I be ok? Is this just hormonal? Please.. Share your experiences as well, any insight helps. Also, could anyone recommend any herbal/oil headache treatments?

If you have not been to the doctors you suggest you go ASAP.

You SAID CT scan, so guess you when, how ever CT can look for tumors and such.,

Most migrains are trigged by the following. Please go to our resource thread at the top of the forum and look and the suggestions and links.

Caffaine; lack of water, most people need 8 16oz glasses a day; red and yellow food dyes; lack of whole foods; too much meat, not enough fiber and leafy veggies;

Thyroid inbalance; horamone inbalance in male and female

lack of exercise; walking to strengthen the back muscle; yoga for pain

Loud music, ear phones to drown out back round noise, NO QUITE TIME

Talk to you doc about this list, see if any of it helps for you.
