I have always suffered from severe tension headaches, which have been more severe lately due to stress. I always feel them very distinctly on one side of my head, above my left brow bone. I have always had a slight bruise in that area on my forehead but it has become more severe over the last two months. I have found very little information about the link between migraines and bruising. Are there any known resources? Or any information on how to reduce severe tension headaches?
