Hi guys! Four days ago, I developed a migraine that comes and goes, mainly at night. The same day this occurred, in the morning, I slammed my head against the arm rest of my couch, hard enough for my head to come back up after hitting it. I have never had a brain injury or concussion before, though head aches are common, but usually only if I haven't eaten. The migraines have reached the point of nausea. I have tried ibuprofen, caffeine, and even Excedrine Migraine. None of this has helped. Should I worry about a concussion or is this a regular migraine?

I seriously think you should at least go to your Doc and get checked. Nausea is a sign of concussion and needs to be checked.

If you doc can not see you go to the ER.

Head tramua, you want rule out, swelling, bleeding inside the heading hairline fracture, damage to ear canal possibly more.

Call the doc NOW!
