Could be you have become sensitive to artificial ingreditents in food, food dyes like red and yellow. Huge triggers for me.
In our Resource thread at the top of this forum, is a like to migraine diet, take a look and see if it can help you.
Increase your water intake if you don't already drink 6-8 8oz glasses a day.
Could also be tension, start keeping a pain log, where you are when the pain starts. Could it be flourencsent lighting. etc...
