When I was younger I suffered from Migraines. Luckily I did not get them too often and they lasted roughly 4 hours. Before I would get them I would see spots then like 20 minutes later the headache would hit. It would feel like someone was behind my eye pounding on it and I would occasionally throw up.
These headaches seem to have mostly gone away, but now I have almost daily headaches. They are not severe just annoying, frustrating, and make it difficult to concentrate. 95% of the time they are near my left temple and they can last days or even weeks. OTC medicine does not seem to help and I was wondering if I was suffering from a vitamin / mineral deficiency or maybe caffeine with drawl. I have not drank Soda in months, but I try to drink at least one cup of coffee per day. If anyone has any advice that would be great.

Thanks

Could be you have become sensitive to artificial ingreditents in food, food dyes like red and yellow. Huge triggers for me.

In our Resource thread at the top of this forum, is a like to migraine diet, take a look and see if it can help you.

Increase your water intake if you don't already drink 6-8 8oz glasses a day.

Could also be tension, start keeping a pain log, where you are when the pain starts. Could it be flourencsent lighting. etc...
