Just a note on this. Thank you for sharing.
A nurse told me years ago to add molasses to my diet for low iron. Add it where you ask? People use to use it as a sweetner in coffee, oatmeal, etc
I put a table spoonful in milk and drink it.
Does not help my pain, although I am no longer aniemic.
