Hi there,
I think I may have seen something about this in some past posts, but I can't seem find them now.  Just wondering how many of you have tried Migrelief and what sort of experience you have had with it.  I am not doing all that well lately on my current preventive regimen, which includes calcium, magnesium and riboflavin (also Topamax).  I know 2 of the ingredients of Migrelief are magnesium and riboflavin (I always forget if the 3rd is butterbur or feverfew -- I think maybe the latter).  Just wondering if it has worked for any of you guys.  Thanks so much.

Hi Laura,
I started taking MigraHealth - I think it's the same - about two weeks ago. It's comprised of Magnesium, Riboflavin and Feverfew and seems to be working. It is the only supplement I'm taking in addition to my prescription medications and my headaches are down. I was taking Magnesium / Calcium previously along with some others with little success previously. This seems to be working better.

It takes some time to get completely in your system...but even as soon as the same day I start taking it I notice a difference.
I took MigraHealth and I noticed a difference, noticed more so once I quit taking it...
I read a book about the levels of Magnesium, Riboflavin and Feverfew and what happens when you don't have enough of the first two and no wonder it can have an affect on the migraines and their frequency and intensity.
I think I paid $19 a bottle for MigraHealth and it was worth it...there is also a book with some information about the components of MigraHealth/ was written by a doctor
