I have been told that my neck is the cause of a lot of migraine and lightheaded issues. Anyone else have experience with this? What type of healthcare professional help with trigger points?

Hi!
Super quick response here, a good Massage Therapist with experience and an interest in Trigger Point therapy would be a good start.
Full disclosure (and a shameless plug): I am a good Massage Therapist with experience and an interest in Trigger Point therapy. Watching someone get off the table and realize their crippling headache is gone is one of the most professionally rewarding experiences.
If you're interested, I could put together some resources and self-help.
Folks in the Boston area, feel free to contact me.
Have a good night.

DMT, that's great! Hey, do you have any colleagues on Long Island? :)

I asked around. Actually used to know one, but she relocated. Sorry.
