You need to have a talk with your Neuro.
Never stop a med without talking to them first!
I am sorry to say that any med, that I have tried, for the daily chronic pain will make you tired. It is something we learn to deal with.
Meditation and controlled breathing can increase energy, also a ten minute walk a day, early morning or evening.
