I have been suffering from Bi temporal headache ( headache in the temple region) for the last 4 years. The headache comes only when i use my mind like while learning answers, explaining something, teaching students, recalling answers etc. When i leave these activities headache goes away. I have had CT scan and MRI but nothing was found wrong.
I am 27 years old.In the past i never used to have this kind of headache even though i had been involved in extensive analytical, recalling( as part of learning answers), teaching.I never had this headache in school and college.

Please help

Thank you

Are you chewing gum during these activities?

Grinding your teeth?

Are you very tense, as if your shoulders were up to your ears?

Have you had a complete optical exam?

These are the things I went through to find out that my bitemperal pain was just part of my nerve damage and over all head/migraine pain.

Best of luck
