Here is an articles which explains how nutritional and biochemical imbalances in the body can give headaches. It suggest using hair analysis testing. Might take a look at diet in trying to help out with your headaches. Eating more fruits and vegetables and staying away from processed foods may be the key.

Thank you for the post.

I did not read it. So want to add that everyone is different and your body changes over the years.

I am 55, I now can not eat Black Truffel Oil, huge trigger for me.

Keep a list of foods you find out is a trigger by trial and error put it on the fridge.

CoQ10 is essential in the brain and heart being able to carry out their constant work by supplying them with energy. Since our bodies produce less and less starting at 20, it might make sense to try. It helps with my energy and overall well-being when I take 100-200mg ubiquinone /day
