Recently got diagnosed after years of expercing some wired sensation. Which appernly my doctor says is aura but it's happening everyday and is ruining my life my family just think I'm going on 😢 So thought I'd try this site to talk to others . I basically constantly have daily floater bright blobs on both eyes and a strong feel of panic/ anxiety. Tense neck which feel heavy and like a vibrating feelin on my temples and eyes .Thankful I don't get much head pain only a slight dull ache though sometimes I get one sharp pain and it last for about 2 seconds and the pain makes me sweat. My vision zooms in and out when I look at things they look sometimes far away I also get a swaying feelin but my body is actually swaying is so odd and frightens the life out of me PLEASE CAN ANYONE RELATE TO THIS IS IT AURAS ? Thankyou

Sound like you floaters, perhaps auras.

I have auras, most days. Bright colors, all kinds of shapes popping in and around. Almost like a kalidescope. Then some days even in a dark room bright flashes of light.

There is not much that can be done about auras.

I have noticed the more water I drink, the less the auras are.
Reduce alcohol and caffaine.

Relax, anxiety tightens the muscles in the neck and shoulders, causing tension headaches.

I think you might want to see a Neurologist to confirm or rule out migraines
