Usually hang out in the colitis forum, but thought you might find this of interest.
An easy experiment is to cut out/reduce nitrate containing foods, or perhaps you notice
increased migraines after eating high nitrate foods.
Then again nitric oxide is one of our first line pathogen defenses in the stomach, also
helps to lower blood pressure.
The do say that they are unsure if increased nitrate reducers are a cause or result
