In the past month, I tracked my headaches and I counted 15 different instances of headaches, one really bad one - I'd probably classify it as a migraine. Most of them are in the same spot- front over my eyes and in my forehead. I rotate with over the counter pain relievers - sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't.
I haven't been able to track any trigggers- chocolate, cheese, scents, stress, etc. Sometimes I wake up with the headache and other times it comes in the evening.
I guess I don't know whether I should call my primary doc or if I should just deal with it. Is there anything they might able to do to help it?
