The problem is I can sleep 10 hours a day if I want to.
Can anyone tell me if they're discovered how many hours they sleep in a row gives them more migraines and/or how do naps figure into it?

/sleep helps my pain.
Get you doc to do a thyroid panel and give you a physical.
