I'm a chronic migraine sufferer and have had a migraine for the past 3 weeks. It's the worst ever. I've taken my onset medicine in pill and injection form (Imitrex) and have had no relief. I went to the doctor Tuesday and got a shot of Toradol and was prescribed Tramadol but that didn't help either (it usually does). It basically put me to sleep. Thursday morning as I was on my way to class I almost passed out at least 3 times. Throughout the day I started developing a tingly feeling on the right side of my body. Today I had a nosebleed and the tingly feeling and the migraine is worse. I have a lipoma (fatty growth) in my brain (corpus callosum) that they scan about once a year and it hasn't changed as of 2015. They don't think that causes the migraines. Should I be concerned at this point? Don't know if I should go to the ER or to the doctor.

since you are at the point of passing out I would call the doctors office that cares for the growth and find out if they want to do anything. If you feel that way again, I would go immediately to ER

Hope you feel better soon.
