Dear All,

I'm struggling worse again with the headaches....

I was thinking about it a lot today and find myself wondering why %99.5 percent of the time my headaches are in the exact same place.  Behind my eyes sortive in the middle of my eyes, and forehead.

Does anyone else have this?

Dear Lauren,

I read your mail and thought I should reply. 

Firstly have you checked out your doctor.  The fixed location of your pain is important and if its behind the eyes could indictate increased pressure build up which could be due to a variety of reasons.

Acupuncture is powerfully effective with migraines. If you are looking for an acupuncturist I would recommend the acupuncture colleges.  Typically they are much cheaper and although probably treated by students, their intention is wonderful and are supervised by world renowned lecturers.  Usually they are trained for at least 3 years, and not the weekend courses completed by osteopaths and doctors.

Hi Bethuk,

Thanks for the reply ... and well done for getting the book.

Acupuncture will help you. When I first had it, which was by chance, I was shocked, I left with my symptoms improved and feeling like I'd had hug.

The needles are about the size of a couple of human hairs (very tiny) ... most needling should be absolutely painless!

Let me know if the book helps. I've had replies of thanks from all over ... I wish I'd posted the books on the web earlier.
