Hi everyone I'm new to this thread! I had terrible migraines as a child but they disappeared only to come back when I turned 30. I'm 36 now and the severity seems to increase as my age does! The last 3 I have had included not just throwing up but diarrhea (sometimes at the same time!) sorry for the gross subject nature of this message! Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor increased my imitrex and fiorcet doseage but sometimes I can't keep any meds down to actually help the migraine. I also recently started having auras. Has anyone else had their migraines intensify over time?

Welcome to the forum

How is your diet?

So many things in our food these days cause migraine pain.

In our resource thread at the top of the forum, the is a 'migraine diet' I started with this 4 yrs ago, then when mostly vegetarian, whole food diet. No soda, or caffeine, low sugar. I drink at least 32oz of what a day, sometimes dbl that.

Have you talked to your doctor have the increase in pain? This might be a good idea.

I have those type of migraine headaches, I will take Fioricet and next minute I will be in the bathroom.
I don't eat meat, no gluten and no sugar, and still get them.
Last year I did Botox and I was migraine free for 3 months, but I am hesitating now, because after all it's a toxin.
