Keep a pain log on a calendar; pain level by day. 0-10, ten being the highest.

stop soda, energy/power drink, all caffeine, drink water, at least 32oz away or more. But lemon in it. Buy natural juices if you can afford it, Vitamin Water, Bar.
No artificial colors, flavors, or processed food products.
You may have to try 2 medications at once to find the right balance.
