Hey thanks for reading. I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what is wrong with me. If you have any suggestions please and thank you!!

A bit about me:
I'm currently 19yrs old and I have had a headache everyday since I was 15yrs old. In the beginning my headaches would just come and go during the day. After the first 6 months they became just one constant pain that fluctuates in severity. This is how the pain still is today. I have been told that my pain is in an unusual spot since it is not one sided but in the center of my forehead. The pain does not move or go behind my eyes. However, when my headaches are severe, occasionally there will also be a sharp pain at the base of my head. I also have vertigo and it often will bring me to the point of passing out. When I stand it is the worst, causing my vision to tunnel and my body going slack against my will. Though my insomnia is more intense due to the pain I have had trouble sleeping since grade school.

Doctors seen:
A Hematologist, Rheumatologist, Sleep specialists, 2 chiropractors, 2 neurosurgeons, 4 neurologists, A pain specialist, and of course my regular physician.

Possible Theories:
1. Originally during a CT they found a colloid cyst at the third ventricle of my brain. However, it never showed in the MRIs afterwards. The surgeons ruled it out due to lack of CSF build up.
2. Next the pain specialist thought it could be preliminary symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis (which my mom has).
3. Then some doctors tell me it is just genetics because my dad and one of my brothers have migraines (since childhood) triggered from sugar. I have never had migraines before and still don't think my headache is the same pain as a migraine.

Medications: (I've been on over 30 different types this is just a rough break down)
Botox, spinal nerve blocks, migraine preventive meds., NSAIDs, sedatives, and depression meds

We are not docs or clinical here. I have daily chronic pains so here is what I suggest.

Go to a Hospital such as John Hopkins, and see a 'diagnostic specialist"

Stop all caffeine; NO soda, NO engergy drinks, coffee etc..

Cut Sugar AND salt by 50% or more

DO drink 28 to 32 oz's of water a day, flushes you system, kidneys, bladder, liver. Keeps you Hydrated with helps migraines.

Try HARD not to eat PROCESSED FOODS [EAT Whole Foods] , do not eat anything that has food color in it, especially yellows and reds and blues.

Also artificial ingredients will compound pain.

Change your diet to help relieve headaches:
