We are not docs or clinical here. I have daily chronic pains so here is what I suggest.
Go to a Hospital such as John Hopkins, and see a 'diagnostic specialist"
Stop all caffeine; NO soda, NO engergy drinks, coffee etc..
Cut Sugar AND salt by 50% or more
DO drink 28 to 32 oz's of water a day, flushes you system, kidneys, bladder, liver. Keeps you Hydrated with helps migraines.
Try HARD not to eat PROCESSED FOODS [EAT Whole Foods] , do not eat anything that has food color in it, especially yellows and reds and blues.
Also artificial ingredients will compound pain.
