Hello everyone I am new here just joined a few minutes ago. I have had migraines on and off for many years,
I know my triggers are chocolate and cheese and also I know caffeine causes migraines. for the first time ever last week I had 2 migraines, Iv never had 2 in one week before. sometimes I am fine eating chocolate and it doesn't cause migraines and other times it can. this week with the 2 I had it was both chocolate a chocolate biscuit and one evening hot chocolate in hot milk.

Should I really try and cut down on the chocolate. its very hard I love the stuff. but that biscuit and the hot chocolate been having them both for many years. and no issues.

YES! Staying away from your known triggers is KEY to reducing episodes of pain.

Peanuts, peanut butter is also a huge trigger of most people, along with potatoes chips.
