Hallo Everyone

I am going through a frightening time as I have my sharp head pains once more. I say that because I have had this weird condition on and off now for about 5 years but this time it is awful. I am fine for months and then all of a sudden I will get a sharp head pain usually just above my right ear. This manifests itself in head pains sometimes like little explosions and then leave me feeling off balance, off colour and a strange sensation as if I am being pulled and I feel everything is speeded up. I feel I am not in the moment and that I have pins and needles over my head and sometimes ringing in my ears. Sometimes my ears feel tickly or as if they are full and on occasions I have pains in my ears. It is waking me up at night as I feel poorly with it and I can't get back to sleep. I have had two MRI scans - one in 2011 & another in Jan 2015 all of which showed nothing. I have seen a neurologist at the beginning of this year and she too could find nothing. I feel really poorly and upset - I am at my wits end. Thank you. Anybody else have anything similar?

Could be a variety of migraine

I would make an appointment at a headache center at a major medical center if possible..

I have daily chronic pain, however my MRI and scans all come back clean...

Hope this helps
