Fall 2016 I was diagnosed with migraines. My primary doc is who diagnosed me and gave me Maxalt, and it helps sometimes. Other times, I just get regular headaches and NSAIDs take care of it. This week I've had a headache for 4 days.

I've been using heat packs on my head, have been concentrating on drinking enough water and getting enough sleep. When I wake up, the headache seems a little better but starts to take a dive around lunch time. I don't eat a lot of dairy and don't drink coffee at all. I do have candy (from the candy dish at work) but nothing extreme.

Not sure what else to do.

I am concluding energy drinks are out.

I believe that the flourence lights at work and if you work on a computer are the culprits of working pain.

It has been proven that flourensent light cause pain. Companies have even accepted that face. When I was working I work sun glasses inside. it helped.

Talk to your neuro doc. see of they have any suggestions.

I follow a low tannins and low histamine diet.

Welcome Smiling

could you expand on this diet, list a few foods.

I have not heard of this before.

Tannins I know are in wine, however with chronic pain, alcohol ought to be avoided at all costs.

Thank you.
