Is anyone else horribly sensitive to odor?

Oh my goodness, I had to use some of that anti static spray today on my skirt and I am so sick now.

The smell is just killing me.

And I can't change because i'm still at work....

I can hardly wear any perfume.

there is only one cologn i'll let my husband wear and only about two perfumes i can wear.

Can anyone relate?

Yes I can totally relate. I can barely handle any smell. It is used to be strong perfume, nowits any perfume, even a perfumed lotion will do it. Its tough because you cant control the rest of the world! Air fresheners I can't deal with either. Once I had my car cleaned during the day at work by a new guy (not the regular car wash person) and he used that smelly stuff in my car. Well when I drove home, I got one of the worst migraines ever.  You have to be really careful.  i just try my best to avoid it and explain to those people around me (that I can) what happens to me. Good luck to you!

Yes I can totally relate too! Any strong smell from cigarette smoke to loo cleaner. My son insists on using aerosol deodorant which makes it hurt. I cannot use any perfume now and have to becareful of cleaners etc. My son keeps forgetting - when you are trying to attract the girls mums headache doesn't seem to count! Hope you feel better soon.

Most people are extremely sensitive to odors, sounds, and lights during a migraine.

I get so incredibly cranky sometimes because the littlest things hurt...someone in the other room watching tv too loudly, smells of someone else's lunch, bright lights on, and you can't turn them off...(at work or someone else using them)

Then I get mad because I know I shouldn't be grouchy...but when the migraines hit with all their little "extras" I just can't help it!
