I suffer from migraines for about
20 years and over this time I have learned few tricks to have less migraines. For me, the key is quality sleep. In short, going to bed early, getting up early and sleeping in really dark and quiet place has done miracles to me. Right now, I have not had single migraine for over a year even it was pretty stressful time for me. If you do not have any such place then I suggest sleep mask and ear plugs.
