wow- what do you know- a day off and i am down with migraine. it never fails. think all the storms we are having here in the midwest are part to blame. all i know is that it's so unfair. why in the world do i /we get these darn things- punishment? i took so much medication that my body feels numb. vision is hazy, eyeball is pulsating, neck so stiff it's hard to hold up my head. wiating for son to sleep so i can play easter bunny. irritable as a rattle snake! i hate, hate, hate migraine. to all you who get them too- i am sorry. it's really not fricking fair. when i die- i will be talking to  the higher power, god/godess whomever you wish to call it about these things. the only good thing about migraine i can think of is how good when you feel when it's gone- even if you got the flu or something! mad   this is not fair!ok- i am done now. thanks for listening to a raving lunatic!

if i don't see you tomorrow- have a happy easter!

can you name one good thing about migraine????????

> when i die- i will be talking to the higher power

Last week we had a tornado strike nearby and my wife jokingly said "we died, we're in heaven now..." I looked at her and said "nope, I still have a migraine"

No, nothing good about debilitating pain and suffering. Nothing good about being less than 100% "there". Honestly I'd take the pain if I could just think clearly.

spose I should go play easter bunny too (son is only 11 months old so our job is pretty easy...)

Thanks so much for your vent.  I felt like screaming myself today. 2 weeks solid of migraines.  Just played Easter bunny for my two little kidlets.  Now I'm sitting in my medicated haze.  I feel completely helpless, and a let down to my family.  Argh!

Funny though, reading your vent made me feel better somehow.

Sorry you have had such a bad time open-minded, and philski I just love your sense of humour - there is definitely noooooooooooooooo migraine in heaven!!!! lol.

Its muggy and feels stormy here in the uk, the air is heavy, and I have had 4 or 5 attacks most weeks lately so I really sympathise with you guys!!

It's good to vent sometimes and Vicky it is also good to read someone else's vent, it makes me feel better too.

Take care all Ann
