I have just started trying taking Riboflavin for migraines.  I read in a study that it helped 60% of migraine sufferers  (I'm not sure to what degree it helped).  I usually get 1-2 migraines a week but I'm hoping this will help.  I've gone off my migraine meds and am searching for some alternative treatments.
Has anyone heard about Vitamine B-2 or tried it?  I will let you know how it goes!

Riboflavin/B2 helps a lot of people with migraines! You can also find a great supplement called MigraHealth that contains B2, feverfew and magnesium. I have taken that for a while in conjunction with preventatives and found a reduction in migraine frequency and intensity.

Always check with your doctor!

I just wanted to say that I was on Riboflavin for years.  I took 400mg a day because I was severely lacking in it.  But it did wonders for me.  I was having headaches, just regular headaches on a daily basis and the riboflavin knocked that out completely.  Its a great thing for migraine sufferers.
