I had very few headaches for about a month and then had several more intense ones in between my head felt sensitive, like I was vulnerable to getting one.  I recently had been taking vtamin C (100% RDA 3x day) to avoid sickness because I was afraid that stress and sleep deprivation would leave me open to sickness.  My sups ran out and I forgot to get more at the store, and I just realized that it was a couple days later that the headaches started again.  I got some more and its been three days.  Yesterday I felt great, like there was no way a headache could come, like I was just normal me again.  Today, I felt one coming and rested and had a caffiene drink and a snack, and it stopped.  I feel just a little weird in the head, but nothing like a migraine.

Is this possibly linked?  Has anyone tried this or heard of this helping?  Am I crazy?  Could it be placebo effect?  The thing is, I hadn't even put the two things together until after the headaches got worse.  Any thoughts?

It can help if your body is lacking the V-C, I noticed that if your lacking something in your diet you can bring on a migriane.

So no, I don't think your crazy! And I hope this continues to work for you.
