headache and the eyes..

Hi,

why is it when your eyes are aching for a particular reason you tend to have headaches?

by the way.. I wear eyeglasses but sometimes it only worsnen my headeache..why is that so?

Perhaps when your eyes are tired they are more easier overstimulated, I find any kind of over stimulation to any of my senses causes a migraine.  Also, achy eyes could indicate an allergy which could lead to sinus headache or migraine.  Also, achy eyes could be the result of overstimulation ie bright sunlight which could cause migraine.

Just some ideas, I'm no expert.

Thanks for that idea...I will be more careful of my eyes then..yes your right sunlight makes me have headaches...
