I also get acid reflux, and sinus problems....I had a sinus endoscopy done to clear out my sinus', because they were 90% closed. I still get sinus pressure, just not the stuffiness anymore. I thought my migraines were allergy related, but the surgery didn't stop them, so I'm back to square one...

I am diabetic, with migraines, PCOS, stomach ulcers and reflux, have anxiety problems, have a ruptured disk in my back with scoliosis, and am depressed.....life can't get much better than this.... confused

I have been told that drinking green or black tea helps some people. I guess it's because of the caffeine.

Hi TT, I haven't tried this product yet but I bookmarked it as there info about gut-brain therapy www.foreverwell.com

Most migraine sufferers are already aware that there are gastrointestinal components to migraine as many deal with food triggers, nausea, constipation, irritable bowel etc. However in the past these have all been considered part of the symptoms of migraine rather than an indication of a potential root cause.

We have always known that the gut is responsible for digesting the food we eat into nutrients that can be absorbed to feed all the cells of the body. Medical research has also shown that some 70-80% of the body's immune function occurs in the gut. Now the gut brain research is showing that there is an immense neurological component to the digestive system.
